Coordinate work schedules with client representatives to accommodate negotiated downtime windows, and create and publish weekly, monthly, and quarterly schedules for team members and clients. Lead monthly conference calls with business partners to discuss vendor performance, safety, training, and account updates, while assisting with service provider matrix updates and sourcing new vendors with the Account Team.
