TECHNICIAN 2 - Operations and Maintenance (Solar)

THE TECHNICIAN 2 POSITION

· SunStrong Management is searching for an independent service technician capable of completing standard solar service work safely and efficiently.

THE TECHNICIAN 2 - RESPONSIBILITIES

-  Perform service work independently, including:
- Panel swaps
- Inverter swaps (string + micro)
- Disconnect/Reconnect (D/R)
-  Non-comms troubleshooting and resolution
-  Complete accurate job documentation (JCOs, photos, notes)
-  Maintain safety and professionalism on site

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

-  1+ years of solar or relevant field experience
-  Roof-ready and comfortable working at heights
-  Valid driver’s license (subject to driver record check)

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

-  Works independently on standard service calls
-  Roof competent

WORKING CONDITIONS

- Driving required
-  Roof work/ability to work at various roof pitch heights

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

-  Ability to work outdoors
-  Ability to lift 50 lbs.
