WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Diagnose and repair Mercedes-Benz Sprinter vans across the full range of systems -- engine, transmission, brakes, advanced electrical, suspension, HVAC, body systems, and upfitter-related components -- using XENTRY/DAS and OEM diagnostic procedures

• Service commercial and fleet Sprinter clients with an emphasis on accurate diagnosis and efficient turnaround -- fleet operators depend on their vehicles and downtime has real business consequences

• Perform multi-point inspections and develop accurate repair plans -- communicating findings clearly to service advisors to support timely guest authorization

• Execute repairs to Mercedes-Benz factory specifications with speed, accuracy, and no shortcuts

• Document all diagnostic findings and completed work accurately on repair orders

• Stay current on Sprinter technical service bulletins, platform updates, and manufacturer repair procedures

• Perform test drives to validate diagnostic conclusions and confirm repair quality before vehicle return

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Sprinter van or commercial van technician experience strongly preferred -- Mercedes-Benz, Ford Transit, Ram ProMaster, or comparable commercial van platform experience all transferable

• Mercedes-Benz or European brand technician experience a meaningful advantage -- XENTRY/DAS familiarity and MBZ factory certifications reflected in rate from day one

• 2+ years of flat-rate technician experience at a franchised dealership or commercial service center -- required

• Strong diagnostic foundation with a low comeback rate -- commercial fleet clients expect first-time accuracy

• ASE certifications a strong plus -- MBZ factory certifications highly valued

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
