This role will operate at the intersection of beauty, sports, entertainment, culture and consumer marketing, helping shape high-impact Olympic programs from strategy through execution. The ideal candidate is a seasoned, highly organized, proactive marketer who can independently lead complex workstreams, guide cross-functional teams, manage client relationships, and bring a strong point of view on how a global beauty company can use the Olympic platform to drive brand relevance, consumer engagement and business impact. The Senior Account Manager will interface day to day with brand clients and senior stakeholders, while partnering closely with internal and external vendors, agencies, properties and rights holders throughout the Olympics ecosystem.

Essential Functions:

- Lead strategic and day-to-day management of Olympics partnerships, serving as a senior point of contact across CAA, client teams, properties, rights holders and external partners.
- Own complex activation workstreams across campaigns, events, content, hospitality, talent, retail, social, PR and experiential programs.
- Develop integrated sponsorship activation strategies that align Olympic partnership rights with brand objectives, consumer insights and cultural moments.
- Manage multiple concurrent brand and property-specific programs, including project plans, timelines, budgets, approvals, deliverables, contractual assets, promotions and event execution.
- Provide proactive strategic recommendations and clear POVs that influence client decision-making and advance business priorities.
- Oversee internal coordination across Legal, Finance, Procurement, Data & Analytics, Creative, Talent and other CAA teams to ensure seamless execution.
- Identify emerging trends across beauty, sports, entertainment, culture and consumer marketing, and translate them into relevant Olympic partnership opportunities.
- Support measurement planning and performance evaluation in partnership with Data & Analytics, translating results into actionable client recommendations.
- Contribute to organic growth and new business efforts through insights, research, strategic thinking, proposal development and pitch support.
- Develop and deliver polished communications, presentations and status materials for internal and external stakeholders.
- Build strong relationships across CAA to identify new opportunities, resources and cross-functional support for clients.

- Mentor junior team members by providing guidance, feedback, best practices and day-to-day oversight on assigned workstreams.

Requirements

- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications or similar discipline
- 6-8+ years of relevant experience in sports marketing, sponsorship activation, brand consulting or an integrated agency environment
- Demonstrated experience managing Olympics, large-scale sports, entertainment or global brand partnerships
- Experience working with global brands, complex brand portfolios and multi-market stakeholder groups
- Familiarity with Olympic, LA28, Team USA, NGB, athlete, talent or rights-holder approval processes
- Proven ability to independently lead complex integrated marketing programs from strategy through execution
- Strong client management skills, including the ability to build trust, manage expectations and communicate with senior stakeholders
- Experience developing executive-ready presentations, strategic POVs and client-facing recommendations
- Experience overseeing budgets, timelines, approvals, vendor relationships and cross-functional workstreams
- Ability to travel and be onsite at events, including outside of normal business hours
- Strong knowledge of sponsorship activation, rights management, experiential marketing, content, social, PR and consumer engagement
- Established relationships across sports, entertainment, beauty, lifestyle or consumer marketing industries
- Solutions-oriented and resourceful, with a strong network of vendor and partner relationships
