About the opportunity

We are looking to connect with ambitious Optometrists across the South of the UK who are ready to explore what partnership could mean for their future.
Partnership opportunities arise regularly across the region, and by registering your interest you'll gain valuable insight into the process, discuss your preferred locations and career aspirations, and start your journey to Partnership.
We have two routes available – Internally through Pathway, as well as externally, providing you have the right level of experience.
After our first conversation, we will work out the best route for you, and support you all the way into our exclusive GreenRoom.
