A Career that Empowers You to Build Your Future

The Sr. Specialist, Early Careers Operations is a pivotal role supporting Future Builders, Lennar’s early career program and long-term plan to build talent for critical roles. This role manages the logistics, systems, and day to day operational support behind the intern and post graduate Associate experience, from program onboarding through event execution and recruiting systems support. The Sr. Specialist partners with the Early Careers team, university partners, and program managers to deliver consistent, well-coordinated program logistics that support a strong candidate and participant experience.

Your Responsibilities on the Team

Program & Event Logistics

•  Coordinate day-to-day logistics for Future Builders programming across Homebuilding, Corporate, and Technology-aligned tracks, including scheduling, materials, and vendor/collateral coordination, so execution stays consistent across intern and post-graduate Associate cohorts.

•  Own logistics for key program events and milestones (onboarding, Capstone, and other cohort activities), handling the scheduling and day-of execution behind them.

•  Serve as a primary point of contact for program logistics, including schedules, materials, and participant support questions, and coordinate with university partners and internal stakeholders on event details.

Recruiting Systems & Tech Support

•  Post and maintain job requisitions across recruiting systems and career site, keeping postings current ahead of each recruiting cycle.

•  Manage the Early Careers mailbox, responding to candidate inquiries and routing internal communications.

•  Support campus recruiters with event-related logistical communications, including event details, application/assessment support, and travel information.

Process, Data & Administration

•  Coordinate logistics for hiring events, job fairs, and interviews, including managing in-house event collateral inventory.

•  Perform administrative tasks supporting purchasing and budget reconciliation, with accurate documentation and recordkeeping.

•  Prepare reports and dashboards that give the Manager and broader Early Careers team visibility into event execution, systems activity, and operational metrics.

•  Recommend and implement process improvements that strengthen consistency and scalability across Early Careers operations.

Your Toolbox

•  2–5 years of experience in talent acquisition operations, event coordination, or a related administrative function, preferred.

•  Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

•  Experience coordinating logistics for cohort-based programs, hiring events, or career fairs.

•  Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment software/tools (Workday preferred).

•  Strong organizational, communication, and project coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and translate data into clear updates.

•  Exposure to university partnerships, campus recruiting, talent analytics, and workforce planning is preferred.
