Job Posting: Adult Respite Care Provider – Part-Time Companion Support We are seeking a compassionate, patient, and dependable respite care provider to support an adult woman living with Multiple Sclerosis (MS). This role is focused primarily on companionship, socialization, and building a positive connection in a relaxed home environment.
Location: Madison, WI Compensation: $16.32/hour Schedule: Flexible scheduling arranged in advance (Roughly 2Hr shifts) Up to 4Hr/Week

- Provide companionship and social interaction
- Engage in games, conversation, and shared interests
- Encourage positive engagement and community connection when appropriate
- Maintain a supportive and respectful environment

- Video games (The Sims, Resident Evil, Nintendogs, Diablo II)

- Animals
- Casual conversation and “girl talk”
- Sharing interests and hobbies
This position is ideal for someone who is friendly, easygoing, enjoys gaming or pop culture, and is comfortable building rapport through conversation and shared activities.
Qualifications
- Reliable transportation and punctuality
- Patient, understanding, and emotionally supportive personality
- Experience with MS or disabilities is a plus, but not required
- Must pass caregiver and criminal background checks.
- No personal care assistance required
