What You’ll Bring

- Strong project coordination and organizational skills, including the ability to manage multiple priorities.

- Initiative and sound judgment; you can get started, ask useful questions, and anticipate next steps.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to prepare polished drafts and presentations.

- Adaptability, attention to detail, and confidence learning new systems.

- A strong understanding of Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams

- Professionalism, discretion, and a collaborative approach.

- 2–3 years of administrative, office support, or project coordination experience preferred.
