Job Description
Polygon Technology Limited is looking for a motivated and analytical Business Analyst Intern to support our product, business, and project teams in research, documentation, and analytical activities. This role is ideal for recent graduates who are eager to learn how technology, market insights, and business strategy come together to shape impactful digital products. The selected candidate will gain hands-on experience working with cross-functional teams and contributing to real-world technology projects.
- Market and Industry Research: Conduct research on technology trends, competitors, industry developments, and market demands to support business and product decisions.
- Documentation Support: Assist in preparing structured documents, including research briefs, business requirements, meeting minutes, and project documentation.
- Requirement Gathering: Collaborate with internal teams to collect, organize, and document functional and non-functional requirements.
- Data Analysis and Reporting: Analyze basic business and project data and present insights through spreadsheets, reports, and visualizations.
- Proposal and Presentation Support: Assist in preparing business proposals, presentation decks, concept notes, and client-facing materials.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate with Project Management, Product, and Engineering teams to ensure clarity and alignment across project deliverables.
- Process Improvement: Contribute ideas to improve documentation standards, reporting processes, research methods, and internal workflows.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field .
- Recent graduates with a strong interest in business analysis, IT services, or digital product development are encouraged to apply.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Bangla .
- Proficiency in Google Workspace or Microsoft Office , particularly Docs/Word, Sheets/Excel, and Slides/PowerPoint.
- Strong analytical mindset with good attention to detail and logical thinking.
- Ability to conduct research, organize information, and communicate findings clearly.
- Good documentation, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to learn business analysis techniques, requirement documentation, project workflows, and market research methodologies.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and adapt to a fast-paced work environment.
