What You'll Do

- Assist experienced HVAC technicians with residential heating and cooling service, maintenance, and installations.

- Learn how to diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC systems.

- Safely use HVAC tools and equipment.

- Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas.

- Deliver excellent customer service while working in customers' homes.

- Participate in ongoing training and professional development.

Requirements

- Must have completed HVAC school or an accredited HVAC training program.

- EPA certification is required.

- Candidates currently enrolled in school who have not yet completed their program will not be considered for this position.

- Must be able to provide proof of EPA certification upon request.

Physical Requirements

- Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, and perform physical tasks for extended periods.

- Ability to lift and carry up to 50+ lbs as needed.

- Must be able to work in various environments, including indoor/outdoor job sites and varying weather conditions.

- Ability to safely operate tools/equipment and follow all safety guidelines and PPE requirements.
