ABOUT THIS APPLICATION SUPPORT ANALYST JOB
You apply your expertise to troubleshoot client questions, providing timely solutions that keep their operations running smoothly. You efficiently manage client requests through the Case Ticketing System in Salesforce, collaborating with team members to resolve issues promptly. You assist clients with specialized reporting and complex data management, handle heavy phone communication, and follow up with detailed emails. You're also involved in escalated client issues across Alliance HCM solutions and communicate clearly with management regarding deadlines. Additionally, you verify the accuracy of client and employee data before their first live payroll with the implementation conversion team, etc.)
- Knowledge of any of the following is helpful: benefits, HR, payroll, timekeeping, general ledger, SQL, and report writing.
- A major in technology, human resources, or related fields is preferred
