Baylor Scott & White Health is seeking a dedicated, Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Internal Medicine Physician with specialized fellowship training in Geriatric Medicine to join our outstanding outpatient adult medicine program in Georgetown/Sun City, located in the northern suburbs of Austin, Texas.

Completion of an accredited Geriatric Medicine Fellowship is required for this position.

About the Role

As an Internal Medicine Physician specializing in Outpatient Geriatrics, you will provide comprehensive, patient-centered care to older adults, focusing on preventive medicine, healthy aging, chronic disease management, and improving patients' overall quality of life.

You will manage complex medical conditions, perform comprehensive geriatric assessments, address cognitive and functional health concerns, and coordinate care with specialists as needed.

This position is focused on outpatient clinical care, allowing physicians to build meaningful relationships with patients while addressing the unique healthcare needs of the aging population.

Qualifications

- Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO).
- Licensed or eligible for licensure to practice medicine in Texas through the Texas Medical Board.
- Completion of an accredited Geriatric Medicine Fellowship is required.
- Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in Internal Medicine.
- Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in Geriatric Medicine.
- Strong clinical background in Internal Medicine and the care of older adults.
- Experience or interest in comprehensive outpatient geriatric care.
