Aa Field Manager Manager, you will play a key role for the health & safety at our sites in Winnipeg. There is a high focus on customer service and ensuring Seamless Mobile operations ,since you will be working with people all shift, in Mobile Division

Responsibilities for Mobile Field Manager
- Patrolling in a variety of settings (mobile and foot)
- Enforcing property rules, city by-laws, and other applicable laws
- Deterring and responding to incidents and emergencies on the property
- Lockups/unlocks and alarm responses
- Vehicle Inspection Reports, Daily Occurrence Reports, and Incident reports
- Health & Safety Inspections, Hazard Assessment and Supervisor Site Inspections
- Dispatching alarms to Mobile drivers
- Shift supervisor for Mobile drivers
- ATM Maintenance Calls
- Safe tracks installations and removals
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications for Mobile Field Manager
- Valid Manitoba Security Guard license
- Valid class 5 driver's license with a clean driver abstract
- Minimum 1 year of experience in winter driving
- Minimum 1 year of supervising within the security industry
- Be eligible to work in Canada.
- Adaptable to learn new tasks quickly on the job
- Professional demeanor and customer service focused
- Experience with using technology based systems
- First Aid/CPR, Use of Force, NVCI training is an asset
