- Strong Communication: Communicates effectively with residents, caregivers, leadership, and other members of the care team.
Your Responsibilities
- Administer medications safely and accurately in accordance with applicable regulations, training, and established policies.
- Monitor residents and promptly report changes in condition or medication-related concerns.
- Partner with caregivers to ensure residents receive timely, attentive, and compassionate care.
- Help maintain a supportive, respectful environment where team members work together to achieve the best outcomes for our residents.
- Serve as a positive role model by demonstrating accountability, teamwork, and professionalism.
