Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) is seeking a Strategic Sourcing Manager to support the continued expansion of our global data center infrastructure. As OCI scales its next generation of cloud data centers, our Global Strategic Sourcing team plays a critical role in securing the equipment, supplier partnerships, and supply chain capabilities needed to support that growth.
In this role, you will develop and execute sourcing strategies for critical data center infrastructure equipment, balancing cost, technical requirements, supplier capacity, and continuity of supply. You will partner closely with engineering, operations, and business stakeholders to evaluate suppliers, negotiate competitive agreements, and drive long-term supply chain improvements.
The ideal candidate brings strong strategic sourcing and commercial negotiation experience, technical curiosity, and the ability to navigate complex supplier relationships in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
Key skills and abilities include coaching, influencing, facilitation, negotiations, presentation, communication, process development, analysis, and problem solving. Job duties are varied and complex; independent judgment needed. May have project lead role. Prefer 5 years relevant experience and BA/BS degree.
