About this role
Position Title: Treasury Management Consultant
Department: Louisville Market
Reports To: Louisville Market President
General Summary/Purpose
The Treasury Management Consultant is responsible for growing the bank's treasury management portfolio across the Louisville market by prospecting, selling, and implementing cash management solutions for middle-market and commercial clients. This is a hybrid role that combines consultative business development — engaging directly with CFOs, controllers, treasurers, and business owners — with the operational expertise to onboard, support, and retain treasury clients. The Treasury Management Consultant will be competent in consultative selling and active listening, self-motivated and disciplined in pipeline management, and be able to collaborate across lending, operations and the technology teams.
