Electrical Designer

Electrical Designer Hybrid / Remote | $90K$120K+ Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Electrical Designer to support commercial and industrial building projects. This opportunity is ideal for someone with a strong electrical design experience who can independently develop electrical systems and construction documentation using Autodesk Revit . Youll take ownership of electrical design while collaborating with BIM, engineering, preconstruction, and construction teams throughout the full project lifecycle. Responsibilities

- Design and develop electrical systems for commercial and industrial projects using Autodesk Revit
- Develop power distribution, lighting, low-voltage/data, and related electrical systems
- Perform electrical circuiting and develop panel schedules and load calculations
- Produce complete construction documents including plans, details, schedules, riser diagrams, and one-line diagrams
- Coordinate electrical designs with architectural, mechanical, structural, and other disciplines
- Participate in BIM coordination and resolve design conflicts using Navisworks
- Incorporate RFIs, design changes, and field conditions into project models and documentation
- Perform quality reviews to ensure design accuracy, coordination, and constructability
- Collaborate with engineering, BIM, preconstruction, and field teams from design through construction

Qualifications

- Strong professional experience in electrical design for commercial or industrial projects
- Advanced knowledge of power distribution, lighting, low-voltage/data, and related electrical systems
- Strong proficiency with Revit for electrical design and documentation
- Experience with electrical circuiting, panel schedules, load calculations, one-lines, risers, and construction documents
- Ability to independently develop electrical designs and solve project coordination issues
- Experience collaborating with multidisciplinary design and construction teams
- Navisworks and BIM coordination experience preferred
- Experience with Bluebeam, AutoCAD, or other electrical/BIM technologies is a plus

Compensation

- $90,000$120,000 annually , depending on experience and technical capabilities
- Additional compensation flexibility may be available for candidates with exceptional electrical design and BIM expertise

Work Flexibility

- Hybrid and fully remote options are available based on experience and qualifications
- Remote candidates should be comfortable working independently and collaborating with the team during standard Eastern Time business hours
- Candidates located near the Fishers office have the option of a flexible hybrid schedule

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $36.06 - $45.67/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
