Responsibilities
- Professionally install automotive window tint on a variety of vehicles with consistent quality
- Deliver flawless installation on all glass types, including windshields and contoured rear windows
- Use computer-cut software for accurate templates; hand cut when needed
- Inspect work to ensure clean edges, no contamination, and factory-quality finish
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
- Represent the Car Shield brand with professionalism, respect, and customer-focused service
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of verified hands-on experience installing automotive tint
- Skilled in shrinking, shaping, and applying tint to complex glass curves
- Valid drivers license with clean driving record
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow precise instructions and SOPs
- Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced workflow
- Positive, respectful attitude toward teammates, management, and clients
