Experience delivering customer-facing client-side software features or projects from concept through delivery.
Proven leadership on major, cross-functional software projects.
Strong technical proficiency in machine learning (AIML), computer vision, video, or graphics.

Preferred Qualifications

Excellent written and verbal presentation skills.
Demonstrated ability to give succinct, accurate executive summaries of project status and complicated engineering situations.
A track record of quickly understanding technical concepts in a wide range of fields.
Experience managing ML-driven programs-- examples are model training and evaluation cycles, dataset dependencies, and moving research into production.
Familiarity with generative AI, such as diffusion models, multimodal LLMs, and AI agents.
Experience with on-device performance, power, and hardware acceleration trade-offs (GPU, Neural Engine, SIMD).
Experience with video coding and processing systems (codecs, formats, containers).
Experience with software development in consumer media platforms: mobile, media players, or camera and photo applications.
Experience with continuous integration and test automation practices.
