This role offers opportunities to deepen your technical skills and develop your approach to mentoring others through varied client engagements.

- Evaluating fair value measurements, purchase price allocations, goodwill impairment, and legal entity valuations using financial statement models and documented valuation methods

- Testing model inputs and outputs through sensitivity analysis, market data comparisons, and mark-to-market reviews, documenting limitations and questions for further investigation

- Using Bloomberg Terminal, MATLAB, Python, VBA, and Alteryx to source market data, automate calculations, and review outputs from AI-assisted valuation workflows

- Presenting valuation findings to clients and deal teams, explaining key assumptions, transaction implications, and potential effects on value creation and capital allocation

- Managing assigned valuation workstreams, coordinating schedules and budgets, reviewing junior colleagues’ work, and incorporating stakeholder feedback into deliverables for complex transactions
