Duties and Responsibilities
• Manage the HR team to deliver strategic and operational HR support
• Partner with the executive leadership team to understand and prioritize critical business challenges.
• Drive employee engagement to support business performance
• Deliver operational HR services in
o Compensation and Benefits
o Recruiting and Staffing
o HR Analytics and Reporting
o Compliance and Policies
o Employee Engagement, Training and Communications
o Employee Relations and Performance Management
Minimum Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree is required
• Master’s degree preferred
• 10+ years of relevant work experience
Highly Desired but Not Required
· Senior-level SHRM or HRCI accreditation
· Spanish speaking
