SCHEULED HOURS:
Thursday-Sunday 9pm-9am OVERNIGHT
48 hrs
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Basic laundry
- Shopping and running errands
- Prescription medical management
- Help with personal hygiene and care
- Assisting with meals and nutrition
- Help with mobility and transfer
- Home maintenance and basic housekeeping
- Keeping them company
- Reporting and monitoring the patients’ health changes
Other Responsibilities may include:
- Communication: Maintaining clear communication with the individual, their family and other health care professionals.
- Documentation: Keeping accurate records of care provided and any changes in the individual’s condition.
- Safety: Ensuring a safe and comfortable living environment.
