THE JOB:
As a Busperson for Room Service at Aria , you will maintain our high-volume in-room dining operation, including our food pick-up areas, service corridors, storerooms, and beverage stations, in flawless alignment with our strict cleanliness and stock standards. Working hand-in-hand with our dispatchers and servers, you will ensure our behind-the-scenes areas are organized and stocked, owning the essential details that keep our luxury, 24/7 guest-room delivery flowing efficiently to meet Aria's premier service standards.
THE STARTING RATE: $15.0169 Hourly + Tips
THE DAY-TO-DAY:
- Work with servers to ensure proper guest service
- Polish flatware, set up tables with appropriate silverware, glassware, linen, condiments, and accessories,
- fold napkins properly and ensure ashtrays are clean and available on tables in designated smoking areas
- Clear, clean, and sanitize booth/chair cushions and tables completely, and reset with clean linens,
- ashtrays, votive candles, glassware, and any additional tabletop items needed
- Remove dirty dishes, debris, and linens from table and bring to the kitchen for proper washing and
- disposing of trash in designated receptacles
- Coordinate table availability and constantly communicates with Server, Hostess, and Management to
- ensure tables are turned efficiently
- Serve water, coffee, and soft drinks, refilling when needed
- Ensure that dining room floors are clean and free of debris
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Work varied shifts, to include weekends and holidays required
- 1+ years of prior relevant experience as a Busperson or Food Runner in a high-volume restaurant or similar fast-paced environment preferred
