As Ericsson transitions its headquarters from Kista to Hagastaden, the Ericsson Studio is evolving into an even more strategic platform for customer engagement, innovation, and business growth.

Beyond being Ericsson's flagship executive briefing and demo center, the Studio serves as a key destination for customers, partners, policymakers, academia, analysts, media, employees, and the start-up ecosystem. It is where Ericsson’s vision, technology leadership, and strategic priorities are brought to life through immersive experiences that inspire action and strengthen relationships.

We are now looking for a visionary and business-driven leader to take on the role of Head of Ericsson Studio. - Define and execute the future vision for the Studio, balancing long-term innovation with operational excellence.
- Ensure Studio engagements support business growth, strategic positioning, customer intimacy, and ecosystem influence.
- Drive cross-functional collaboration to create impactful visitor experiences through content, demonstrations, workshops, hospitality, and new engagement formats.
- Host executive customer interactions and ensure each engagement is aligned with targeted business outcomes.
- Coordinate senior stakeholder participation across Ericsson to deliver compelling customer and partner experiences.
- Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team of visitor managers, engagement developers, and experience professionals.
- Oversee the planning, preparation, and execution of Studio visits while continuously enhancing visitor satisfaction and experience quality.
- Manage the development and maintenance of Studio facilities, demonstrations, hospitality services, and experience capabilities.
- Own Studio plans, investments, and budget, ensuring effective resource management and continuous evolution of capabilities, content, and experiences.
- Act as a key bridge between customer units, business areas, strategic stakeholders, and group functions.

The skills you bring:

Leadership & Transformation-

- Proven track record of leading complex transformation programs and organizational change.
- Strong ability to create a compelling vision, mobilize stakeholders, and drive execution in ambiguous environments.

- Exceptional executive communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Demonstrated ability to influence and collaborate across organizational boundaries and senior leadership levels.

Experience & Expertise-

- University degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in strategy, sales, marketing, customer engagement, or related business leadership roles.
