Gentle Dental is seeking a Temporary Full-Time Orthodontist to provide care across four established practices in Oregon's beautiful Willamette Valley.
This is an excellent opportunity for an orthodontist looking for a temporary assignment with a consistent full-time schedule, established patient base, and experienced clinical and operational teams already in place.
You'll have the opportunity to focus on what you do best: providing exceptional orthodontic care while helping maintain continuity of treatment for patients across our Albany Santiam, Corvallis, Valley River, and Lebanon locations.
Your Practice Locations
You'll provide orthodontic care across four Gentle Dental practices throughout Oregon's Willamette Valley:

Schedule: Temporary Full-Time | Rotating weekly schedule, typically alternating between four- and five-day workweeks.
Office assignments and schedules are structured in advance, providing consistency while supporting patients across the region.

What We're Looking For
- Orthodontic Residency Certificate
- Graduate of an accredited dental school
- Active Oregon dental license or ability to obtain one prior to employment
- Current required licenses and certifications, including CPR and NPI
- Commitment to providing exceptional orthodontic care
- Ability to adapt to multiple office environments and collaborate with established teams
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Passion for maintaining continuity of care and positive patient experiences
