Occupational therapy has a history at our Camden clinic, and we're ready to write its next chapter. Patients in Camden and across Kershaw County need OT, and very few clinicians are available to provide it. For you, that means a caseload that's ready when you are, and a flexible full-time schedule built around your week.

A CASELOAD READY FOR YOU
The demand for OT in Camden is strong, and we're looking for a full-time Occupational Therapist to join our team of Physical Therapists and give patients the best care we possibly can: 
•      45-minute appointments — every visit gets a full 45 minutes, so you can evaluate, treat, and educate without rushing

OCCUPATIONAL THERAPY AT PROMOTION
PT gets patients moving. OT gets them living.
You're the one who helps a patient button a shirt again, cook dinner, hold a grandchild, or return to work. Those are the moments patients remember for the rest of their lives, and right now too few people in Camden can get that care close to home. You'd change that.
You won't be an OT squeezed into a PT clinic. You'll be the specialist our patients and team have been waiting for.
•      Evaluate and treat outpatient patients with upper extremity, hand, neurological, and functional impairments
•      Build individualized plans focused on daily living, independence, and return to work
•      Work alongside our PTs so patients get complete, coordinated care
•      Educate patients and families on home programs and adaptive strategies
•      Bring your specialty — hand, neuro, ortho, or another niche — and build a program around it
•      Represent ProMotion in the Camden community with pride and positivity

$1,500 Annual CEU Allowance — Part of Your Total Compensation
Your CEU allowance comes on top of your base salary, every year. It's built into your package so you can invest in the expertise that sets you apart.
•      $1,500 every year in addition to your base salary
•      $7,500 over five years invested in your specialty
•      Your choice of focus — put it toward the courses and certification prep that matter to you, such as Certified Hand Therapist (CHT) prep, lymphedema certification (CLT), or neuro and upper extremity coursework
•      Stay licensed with ease — cover the continuing education you need for South Carolina OT license renewal
Support for Specialization: Whether your interest is hand therapy, neuro, upper extremity, or another niche, we invest in helping you build real expertise — not just check a continuing-education box.

•      Master's or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy
•      NBCOT certified; South Carolina OT license (or eligible)
•      New grads welcome!
•      Outpatient or hand therapy experience is a plus

Columbia is about 35 minutes down I-20, giving you small-town character with easy access to the capital city.
