2. Responsible for the implementation of Otis' Environmental Safety (EH&S) policies and regulations, the company's safety procedures, and local safety policies and regulations, and actively support and participate in the company's environmental health and safety activities.

3. Strictly abide by the OTIS global energy management regulations, and implement the energy management policies formulated by the company. Report all kinds of energy management and control problems in the work area to the direct supervisor in time.

4. Fully lead the CA supplier quality fabrication and raw materials team, including the TWO major parts of elevator machinery, fabrication, Raw materials. Fully support OECC three factory supplier quality management and improvement work. Push the supplier quality comprehensively improved.

领导CA供应商质量电梯机械团队厚板和原材料组，提升电梯机械供应商的质量，同时支持OECC电梯工厂的所有供应商质量管理工作。同时支持OTIS全球的战略。

5. Responsibility for CA fabrication and raw material supplier quality performance management. Drive supplier continuous improvement the quality to meet their performance and use OPXL tools to lead trouble shooting and root cause analysis.

负责CA电梯机械厚板和原材料组供应商的质量绩效管理，驱动供应商地持续改进，并主导供应商问题的原因分析和解决。

6. Develop and audit the supplier quality system based on ISO/SHA or Otis quality control system (Q+).

基于ISO/SHA或Otis Q+对供应商的质量体系进行审核及提升

7. Support on new product projects with cross function teams including supporting supplier selection for new component development at the early stage and leading the PPAP to ensure to meet the project schedule and quality requirement.

8. Implement the annual audit, process audit and product certification in supplier sites. Follow-up audit items/findings till all major and minor findings be closed. Control of key processes and continuous supplier quality management.

9. Monitor the supplier quality date performance (FPY, SPPM, COPQ) and lead the quality improvement.

10. Lead the CA fabrication and raw material supplier quality improvement and LEAN projects

主导电梯机械厚板和原材料组供应商的质量改善及精益生产项目的开展。

11. Effectively solved the major quality problems of suppliers to meet the requirements of internal and external customers.

同时扎实解决供应商重大质量问题，以满足内外部客户的要求。

12. Responsible for the claim of non-chargeable COPQ of the supplier

负责供应商non chargeable COPQ的索回

13. Responsible for OECC factory quality planning, formulate the department's annual work plan according to the company's goals, ensure the effective operation of the supplier's quality system, control the department's budget, annual internal audit, and other related work

负责OECC工厂的供应商的整体质量策划，根据公司目标，制定部门年度工作计划，确保供应商质量体系有效运行，控制部门预算，年度内审等相关工作
