Location: Remote (US)
Pay: $190,000–$270,000 + equity
A late-stage, venture-backed enterprise AI company is building a small, high-ownership team to ship new AI products from zero to one. Bay Area and New York are preferred; from elsewhere, expect occasional travel. The role mixes software engineering, applied ML and customer work, with real product judgment expected.
What you'll do
- Take new AI products from idea to production
- Talk to users and turn vague needs into clear workflows and designs
- Build the tools used to test, evaluate and monitor agents
- Use data and evals to decide what to build next
- Write the demos and docs that get the product adopted
What you bring
- 5+ years building user-facing software, with end-to-end ownership
- Hands-on work with LLMs or agents
- Strong full-stack skills
- Product sense and clear communication
Nice to have: designed evaluation frameworks; startup or founding-engineer background
