## Department Overview
The Video Department specializes in the design and development of a diverse range of camera products, including fixed cameras and body-worn cameras. These products serve various applications such as security surveillance, law enforcement, and industrial monitoring. The department focuses on delivering high-quality imaging solutions by integrating advanced hardware and firmware technologies. Emphasis is placed on innovation, reliability, and performance to meet the demanding requirements of different operational environments. The team continuously works on enhancing camera functionalities through firmware development, AI integration, and optimized software workflows to maintain a competitive edge in the video technology market.
## Job Description
- Firmware Development: Design and implement high-performance video camera firmware utilizing C and C++ .
- SDLC & AI Integration: Accelerate software workflows by integrating AI technologies and deploying AI agents across the development lifecycle.
- DevOps & Infrastructure: Automate CI/CD pipelines and assist in migrating enterprise code repositories from GitLab to GitHub .
Basic Requirements
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Telecommunications, or a related technical field.
- Proficient in C and C++ programming with understanding of embedded systems or firmware development.
- Basic knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and automation tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub Actions).
- Interest or exposure to AI tools and agents used for software development enhancement
- Minimum internship duration of 3 months (12 weeks). Please indicate your available start and end dates on your resume.
- Willingness to work on-site in Bayan Lepas, Penang.
