Summary
Job Family Group Description - Merchandising:
This Job Family Group includes all jobs responsible for selection, availability and visibility of brands’ collections and products within a given territory or for a given sales channel.
Job Family Description - Visual Merchandising:
Ensures product visibility, store display, layout and signs are aligned with brand style. Supports the development of designs and creation of physical material needed for events, campaigns and/or special events, following creative guidelines and style guide.
Job Description
- Bachelor’s Degree or above
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in visual merchandising within the luxury fashion or retail industry, with event management experience would be a plus
- With Track record in successfully leading projects with important change components
- Organized and able to handle multiple projects with minimum supervision
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to liaise with internal and external parties
- Self‑motivated, independent and proactive
- Be able to work under pressure and unpredictable occurrences with tight deadlines
- Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
- Good communication skill and interpersonal skills
- Frequent travel is required
- Immediate available would be an advantage
