主要职责 / Key Responsibilities
1. QA质量计划与发版管控 / QA Planning & SW Release Control
制定并更新项目级软件质量保证计划（SWQA Plan）；负责日常发版评审的数据收集与准出条件核对，跟进发版遗留问题的闭环，形成可追溯记录。
Develop and update project-level Software Quality Assurance (SWQA) Plans. Collect data and verify exit-criteria for Software release reviews. Track the closure of open issues to ensure traceable records.
2. 过程合规与工作产品审核 / Process Compliance & Work Product Audit
按既定 Checklist，执行项目级工作产品的抽样检查（如需求追溯性、测试覆盖度），记录不符合项并督促研发/测试团队整改闭环。
Execute sampling inspections of project-level work products based on predefined checklists (e.g., requirement traceability, test coverage). Record non-conformities and urge R&D/Test teams to implement corrections and close the loop.
3. 问题闭环与根因分析 / Issue Closure & Root Cause Analysis
推动研发阶段软件相关质量问题的根因分析，协助项目团队完成分析报告（如 8D 报告等）。
Drive root cause analysis for software quality issues during the R&D phase and assist project teams in completing analysis reports (e.g., 8D reports).
4. 软件质量指标运营与数据分析 / Software Quality Metrics Operations & Data Analysis
负责从 Polarion、Jira 等工具中提取研发过程数据，维护和更新软件质量 Dashboard。定期输出统计结果，准确识别异常数据（如 Bug 遗留率、需求评审率）并负责追踪到底。
Extract R&D process data from tools like Polarion and Jira to maintain and update the software quality dashboard. Generate periodic statistics, accurately identify anomalies (e.g., open bug rates, requirement review rates), and drive them to closure.
任职要求 / Qualifications
1. 学历与经验 / Education & Experience
本科及以上学历，计算机、软件工程、车辆工程、电子信息等相关专业；熟悉汽车软件V模型开发流程；具备 3 年以上汽车电子或智驾行业软件质量、配置管理或测试经验。
Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Vehicle Engineering, Electronic Information, or related fields. Familiar with the automotive software V-model development process. more than 3 years of experience in software quality, configuration management, or testing within the automotive electronics/ADAS industry.
2. 体系知识 / System Knowledge
熟悉 ASPICE（重点了解 SUP.1、SUP.8、SWE 过程域）、ISO 26262、ISO 21434 中的至少一种体系标准，有参与过实际 ASPICE 评估项目经验者优先。
Familiar with at least one of the following standards: ASPICE (focusing on SUP.1, SUP.8, and SWE processes), ISO 26262, or ISO 21434. Experience in actual ASPICE assessments is a strong plus.
3. 工具和数据分析能力/ Tool Proficiency & Data Analysis
熟练操作 Polarion、Jira 系统，能独立完成数据导出、交叉比对与图表可视化。
Proficient in Polarion and Jira; able to independently extract, cross-compare, and visualize data.
4. 综合能力 / Comprehensive Qualities
责任心强，能灵活高效推进工作进展并达到既定预期；有承接主机厂（OEM）客户审核经验者优先。
Strong sense of responsibility, able to advance work efficiently and meet expectations. Experience in handling OEM customer audits is preferred.
