What You'll Do

- Potentially assist the Detail Manager with daily operations, workflow, and assignment of vehicles to ensure timely completion.

- Inspect completed vehicles to ensure they meet dealership standards for cleanliness, appearance, and quality.

- Help train, coach, and support Detail Technicians while maintaining a productive, safe, and organized work environment.

- Coordinate with Sales, Service, and Used Car departments to prioritize vehicles for the lot, customer delivery, and reconditioning.

- Maintain high-quality standards on every vehicle

- Keep the shop and lot clean, organized, and presentable

What We're Looking For

- Automotive detailing or vehicle reconditioning experience preferred.

- Previous lead, supervisory, or management experience is a plus.

- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

- Ability to organize and prioritize multiple vehicles and deadlines.

- Good communication and team leadership skills.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced dealership environment.

- Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.

- Flexible schedule (including evenings and Saturdays)

- Valid Driver's License with clean driving record

- High School Diploma or GED required
