About this role
- Managing workflow to ensure projects are completed on a timely basis and completed to high standard of quality at all times
- Track and report on schedule changes and highlight any issues to the project team and/or the client in a proactive and timely manner
- Continuously monitor and review production processes and, with the project team, implement improvements that will result in improved turnaround times, decreased costs of production and/or improved client satisfaction
- Escalate any issues when necessary to ensure minimal impact on quality, budget and timeline
- Manage day-to- day client interaction by setting and managing client expectations
- Regularly and proactively provide feedback to editors on projects to ensure continuous improvement.
