At DSV, we are looking for a Senior Team Lead to join our European Control Tower setup in Poland. This is a key people leadership role where you will lead and further develop a local team of specialists while working closely with colleagues and stakeholders across Europe. The role offers the opportunity to help shape the team setup and ensure the right capabilities are in place to support the business going forward.

You will become part of DSV's European Road Control Tower, supporting some of our largest Danish and international customers. The organisation plays a vital role in ensuring reliable transportation, exceptional service, and operational excellence across Europe.

In this role, you will lead a team that works closely with customers, carriers, and internal stakeholders to deliver efficient and competitive transport solutions. Leadership, Development, Project Management and Operations in an International Environment

As Senior Team Lead, you will be responsible for building and maintaining a highly engaged and high-performing team that delivers quality results. You will provide direction, support employee development, and ensure your team has the right conditions to succeed. The role includes clear people leadership responsibility, including recruitment, performance management, employee development, resource planning, prioritisation, and day-to-day leadership of the team. You will also support the development of the local setup and help validate that the right profiles and competencies are brought into the team as it grows. In addition, you will play a key role in leading and coordinating projects, including new customer implementations, process improvements, and operational change initiatives that support business growth and enhance the customer experience.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Leading the team on a daily basis, including employee development, wellbeing, performance management, and recruitment

• Supporting the build-up of the local team setup and contributing to the validation of new profiles and competencies during recruitment

• Creating engagement, motivation, and a strong team culture built on collaboration, accountability, trust, openness, ownership, and employee development across countries

• Driving project management initiatives across the organisation, including new customer implementations and process changes that support business growth and customer needs

• Ensuring effective resource planning and prioritisation within a fast-paced operational environment

• Leading or participating in projects and continuous improvement initiatives that strengthen processes, quality, and the customer experience

• Developing capabilities across key specialist areas within the European Control Tower setup

• Collaborating closely with customers and internal stakeholders across the organisation and throughout Europe

• Monitoring KPIs, operational performance, and business results while also ensuring trust, collaboration, employee development, and the continuous development of the team's services and capabilities

• Have experience within transportation, logistics, or supply chain management

• Have excellent written and spoken English skills

• Have experience with, or a strong interest in, project management and change management

• Are comfortable helping shape a team setup and identifying the right competencies needed for future growth

• Are motivated by creating results through collaboration, development, and engagement
