What You’ll Do

- Record what you see simply and clearly—and follow up to make sure it’s fixed.
- Help prepare for resident move-in: test systems, note how things work, suggest simple improvements .
- Talk with residents, contractors, and team members—and share useful feedback to help improve daily life in the building.
- Keep a clear, easy-to-read log (paper or basic digital) of your observations and actions.
- Stock keeping, minor item purchase
- handyman service for occupants
- painting wood work and metal work
