- Creative Development - Work closely with our design and content teams to ideate, test, and optimise creative assets that drive engagement and conversion. Ensure ad creatives are localized, relevant, and high-performing. An interest in creating or filming UGC content would also be a big plus!
- A/B Testing & Experimentation : Run continuous experiments on ad copy, creative assets, targeting audiences, and landing pages to optimize conversion rates and unlock new growth loops.
- Budget & Bidding Optimization : Manage large budgets and bidding strategies across platforms to keep metrics like ROAS and CAC in check.
- Performance Analysis & Reporting - Track, analyse, and report on campaign performance, providing data-driven insights and recommendations to refine strategies and improve efficiency.
- Emerging Trends & Innovation - Stay ahead of industry trends and proactively implement AI advancements and automated workflows to streamline campaign management and identify untapped growth potential.
- Collaboration & Integration - Work cross-functionally with internal teams, including Brand, CRM, Data and Local Marketing to ensure seamless execution of growth initiatives.
