Our innovative company is looking to fill the role of Incident Manager experienced in the ITSM framework. This candidate will ensure the quality and integrity of the enterprise's incident management process. The candidate will oversee and lead the incident management process to resolution swiftly, thereby reducing the impact and duration of all incidents. The candidate will log and categorize recurring incidents and improve the incident management process. This role is part of a high-performing ITSM team responsible for overall governance of the IT service organization, making sure all support engineers adhere to ITIL best practices. As such, this role will develop and define the key performance indicators for their respective ITIL process area, assisting other ITIL process managers in achieving performance standards for their assigned process areas, such as change and problem. This resource will also play a critical role in reducing the impact and severity of business-impacting incidents by participating as a major incident manager for critical incidents within an on-call rotation.
