Job Description

Area Record to Report Manager (ARM) serves as the primary liaison between the AREA Frontline Units Financial Controlling team and KBS operation delivery, ensuring that Record-to-Report (R2R) operational deliverables meet the expectations of the Unit Financial Controlling stakeholders. This role involves overseeing R2R Centre of Scale (CoS) operations to ensuring quality, compliance, and robust internal controls. The ARM will act as operational business partner to FL units, manage end-to-end R2R deliverables and ensure impactful outcomes that meet user expectations. Additionally, the ARM is responsible for cross-functional governance to resolve the issues with upstream processes and addressing EY audit queries.

• Primary Liaison : Serve as the main point of contact between the AREA Frontline Units Financial Controlling team and KBS operation delivery.

• Operational Oversight: Supervise Record-to-Report (R2R) Centre of Scale (CoS) operations, ensuring quality, compliance, and robust internal controls.

• Business Partnership: Act as a business partner to units, managing end-to-end (E2E) operations to achieve impactful outcomes.

• Quality and Compliance: Ensure R2R deliverables meet high standards of quality and adhere to regulatory requirements.

• Cross-Functional Governance: Oversee cross-functional governance to resolve issues with upstream processes.
