Amazon Japan, striving to be "Earth's most customer-centric company," has relentlessly focused on enhancing customer convenience throughout its rapid growth. We are currently seeking Sr. Process Engineer for our External Fulfillment (EF) division, which plays a vital role in supporting our service. This position will be responsible for designing and implementing processes at our fulfillment centers. The role focuses on maximizing safety, quality, and productivity through continuous improvement (Kaizen) initiatives. This is an impactful position offering direct involvement in shaping Amazon's innovative services.

Key job responsibilities
-ビジネス要件に沿う最適なプロセスの設計（プロセスマップ作成）
-物流センター立ち上げに要する想定生産性の作成
-オペレーション効率化に向けたプロセス改善
-各サイトのCapacity （Storage /Cube）マネージメント

-Design optimal processes aligned with business requirements, including development of process maps.
-Develop productivity targets and throughput assumptions for fulfillment center launches.
-Drive process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
-Manage site capacity planning, including storage and cube utilization.

30％ステークホルダーとの調整（設計チーム、3PLなど）

30% Process map for New/Retrofit Fulfillment Centers
30% Stakeholder Coordination (Warehouse design team, 3PL partners, etc.)

About the team
External Fulfillment (EF) は外部の物流パートナー（3PL）の協力のもと、自社の物流センターにはない商材の取り扱いや急激な需要の変化にスピーディーに対応することで、セレクションの拡大とお客様の購買体験の向上に貢献しています。近年では、新しいシステムや管理基準の導入を進めており、更なる生産性と品質の向上を実現しています。

Basic Qualifications

- プロジェクトマネジメント経験を1年以上
- 複数のプロジェクトを並行して管理した経験
- データや指標を活用して成果を測定し、改善点を特定した経験
- Visio・Word・Excel・PowerPointなどを用いたテクニカルドキュメント作成の経験
- MS Excel・Word および Windows OS の知識
- 学士号または同等の学位
- ビジネスレベル以上の日本語力（日本語能力試験 N1 以上）
- 初級レベル以上の英語力

Preferred Qualifications

- 製造、プロセス、または産業工学における経験
- プロセス最適化の経験
- 多様な職能にまたがる幅広いオーディエンスに対し、複雑な概念をわかりやすく効果的に伝えるスキルとコミュニケーション経験
- プロセス改善手順の策定経験
- ホワイトペーパー・提案書・その他の正式な戦略文書の形で、複雑なアイデアを文章として表現・発信した経験
