PURPOSE

To deliver high-quality, brand-compliant visual design solutions while driving capability development, AI adoption, and process excellence within the Visual Design Services team. The role serves as a senior individual contributor with a global mindset, supporting both creative delivery and operational stability.

YOUR TASK AND RESPONSIBILITIES

- Deliver complex creative assets ensuring high quality and brand compliance
- Manage end-to-end collaboration with global stakeholders, including requirements clarification and feedback management
- Perform advanced quality reviews and adapt materials delivered by external agencies
- Act as trainer and enabler, supporting onboarding and upskilling of team members
- Champion AI-supported creative solutions and video/animation best practices
- Own and continuously improve selected creative processes at GBS level, driving innovation and standardization
- Support leadership with operational topics, reporting, and KPI-related activities
- Act as a back-up for team leadership when required
- Perform other tasks assigned by the R-Manager

Scope

- Advanced visual design delivery across digital, print, web, video, animation, and motion
- Global stakeholder collaboration and agency interaction
- Quality assurance and adaptation of externally delivered assets
- Team enablement through training, onboarding, and knowledge sharing
- Process ownership and innovation at GBS level
- Support of operational, reporting, and leadership-related activities

WHO YOU ARE

Education: Degree in Graphic Design or related field, or equivalent professional experience

Language: English proficiency at C1 level

Professional Skills

- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and collaboration skills
- Advanced visual design expertise across digital and print channels
- Proven experience in video, animation, or motion design
- Experience working in international or global team environments

Technical Skills

- Advanced knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)
- Experience with video and animation tools (e.g., Premiere, After Effects)
- Strong interest and hands-on exposure to AI, video, and animation capabilities

Nice to Have

- Experience with AI image, video, and audio generation tools
- Experience with Canva
- Experience with CMS and content tools (eWizard, Website Factory)
