Project Manager Production Management

Lead and manage Automotive Microcontroller projects, driving project objectives through cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management.

Your role Key responsibilities in your new role

- Plan, organize, and oversee projects for the Automotive Microcontroller business line.
- Manage projects and sub-projects of moderate complexity, risk, impact, and organizational reach.
- Assume full responsibility for operational project decisions and the successful achievement of all project objectives.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all project-related matters.
- Build and lead cross-functional project teams, taking into account the skills, expertise, and development needs of team members.
- Assign clear responsibilities to project team members and ensure accountability for agreed deliverables.
- Resolve project challenges and evaluate solutions by applying technical expertise across multiple functional areas.
- Communicate information clearly and confidently, listen actively, and provide constructive feedback.
- Identify key stakeholders and establish effective, collaborative relationships throughout the project lifecycle.

Your profile Qualifications and skills to help you succeed

- Bachelor / Master Degree in related field.
- A minimum of 10 years of professional experience in the semiconductor industry, preferably within semiconductor testing.
- Strong knowledge of project management principles and practices, including project initiation, planning, execution, closure, reporting, and documentation.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively across diverse, multicultural teams.
- Proven ability to work independently, manage priorities, and deliver results with minimal supervision.
- A recognized project management certification is considered an advantage.
