Senior Technical Executive

[What the role is]
The role of Senior Technical Executive (Geomatics) will support HDB's land information and geospatial capabilities to support land administration, development, asset management, and corporate decision-making.

The role involves the integration and governance of land and geospatial information across corporate systems, with opportunities to apply modern geospatial, analytics and digital technologies to improve HDB's land information processes and coordination among internal and external stakeholders.

[What you will be working on]

- Operational maintenance of land administration and land information processes, including land title and lease-related matters, land ownership records and other land information requirements.
- Assess and reconcile land and geospatial information from multiple sources, ensuring the accuracy, consistency and integrity of information across relevant systems and processes.
- Involved in the digitisation, integration, quality assurance and management of land, strata and other geospatial information.
- Operationalise and contribute in the development and adoption of land, strata and other geospatial information systems/initiatives, including requirements gathering, data integration, workflow design and implementation.
- Apply GIS, geospatial analytics, 3D data, remote-sensing and other relevant technologies to support operational, planning and decision-making requirements.
- Explore the application of analytics, automation and Artificial Intelligence (AI) to improve land information management, analysis and workflow efficiency.
- Assist in projects and initiatives involving multidisciplinary stakeholders within HDB and across relevant agencies, including the management of project resources and associated financial processes.

[What we are looking for]

- A degree in Engineering or a related discipline, with knowledge of Geospatial/Geomatics technologies.
- Proficiency in relevant GIS, geospatial and mapping applications, with familiarity in databases and digital technologies.
- Interest in analytics, AI, remote sensing, 3D geospatial technologies and emerging geospatial developments.
- Analytical and problem-solving abilities, with good professional judgement.
- Experience preferred in organisational and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Written and verbal communication skills and ability to work effectively in multidisciplinary teams.
- Some basic knowledge of project financial and vendor management processes.
