Key Responsibilities
• Code Maintenance & Optimization: Analyze, reverse-engineer, and safely modify legacy systems built on older .NET frameworks with minimal functional documentation.
• Production Support & Troubleshooting: Debug critical system errors, isolate root causes, and implement immediate, stable hotfixes for production and user-facing issues.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Gather complex functional and non-functional requirements from stakeholders, conduct thorough system impact analyses, and present viable architectural solutions.
• System & User Support: Act as a technical guide for end-users, troubleshooting their operational difficulties and offering clear technical solutions.
• Quality Assurance: Deliver clean, maintainable, and thoroughly tested code modifications to ensure minimal regression bugs.

Work Experience

Required Technical Skills

• 8+ years of professional software engineering experience working deeply with .NET Framework 3.5 to 4.8.
• Desktop Technologies: Strong hands-on experience with WinForms and WPF (Windows Presentation Foundation).
• Web & Service Technologies: Deep expertise in ASP.NET Web Forms, MVC, Web API, and WCF (Windows Communication Foundation).
• Cloud Platform: Good, practical working knowledge of the Azure Cloud Platform.

Preferred & Advantageous Skills

• Experience migrating legacy systems or building modern microservices using .NET Core / .NET 5+.
• Frontend experience building modern, responsive user interfaces with Angular.
