You'll make a difference by:
- Supporting data analysis and reporting: Assist with data collection, preparation, validation and analysis, and help identify trends for reports and dashboards.
- Creating data visualisations: Support the development of dashboards and visualisations using tools such as Power BI to present data clearly and effectively.
- Exploring AI solutions: Support Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Generative AI use cases, including exploring AI agents and evaluating AI-generated outputs for accuracy and quality.
- Identifying Data & AI opportunities: Explore ways to apply data and AI technologies to business processes and practical use cases.
- Supporting application development and automation: Assist with developing, testing and debugging solutions using technologies such as Python and C#/.NET.
- C ollaborating and documenting solutions: Work with IT and business teams to support solution testing and maintain clear, structured documentation, while following company security, confidentiality and compliance requirements.

Your defining qualities:
- Relevant academic background: Currently pursuing a degree or diploma in IT, Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, Engineering or a related field at a recognised university or polytechnic.
- Internship availability: Able to commit to a minimum six-month internship and remain enrolled with your educational institution for the full duration.
- Interest in Data & AI: Demonstrate a basic understanding of, or strong interest in, data analytics, Artificial Intelligence and Generative AI.
- Technical foundations: Have basic knowledge of SQL or databases and exposure to data visualisation tools such as Power BI; knowledge of Python or C#/.NET would be advantageous.
- Exposure to Microsoft technologies: Familiarity with Microsoft Azure, Microsoft Power Platform or other data and AI technologies would be advantageous.
- Learning and collaborative mindset: Bring a willingness to learn and adapt, an analytical and problem-solving mindset, good communication skills, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team with professionalism and accountability.
