About this role

Are you ready to help shape the future of Nike Football in France?

As Lead Professional Brand Marketing, Football, you'll play a pivotal role in driving Nike’s football brand strategy across France, with a strong focus on Paris and Marseille.

Based in Paris, you'll join the France Country Marketing team, where sport, culture, and community intersect. Your role will bring Nike’s football vision to life through strategic campaigns, powerful storytelling, and locally relevant activations that connect authentically with athletes, consumers, and cultural leaders.

You'll adapt global and EMEA campaigns for maximum impact in one of the world’s most influential football markets, ensuring Nike remains at the centre of the game and the culture that surrounds it.

As part of your role, you'll also own the marketing relationship for some of Nike’s most high-profile football partnerships, helping to amplify the brand through athletes, clubs, and key moments that inspire the next generation.

WHO YOU'LL WORK WITH

In this role, you'll be part of the broader Football Brand team and collaborate closely with functional partners across Sports Marketing, Brand Creative, Retail Marketing, Communications, Energy Marketing, and Social & Community Impact.

You'll work in close partnership with the EMEA Football team and, at times, the Global Football team to ensure consistency, alignment, and impact across the marketplace. You'll also build strong relationships with external partners across the French football ecosystem, including athletes, clubs, federations, and retail accounts.

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR

You're a forward-thinking brand marketer with a deep passion for football and a strong understanding of the French football landscape. You know how to transform consumer insights into culturally relevant ideas and compelling storytelling that drives brand connection and business impact.

You thrive in collaborative environments, bring energy to every project, and are comfortable navigating complexity while influencing diverse stakeholders.

You'll bring:

- A proven track record in brand marketing roles requiring strong cross-functional collaboration.
- Experience in football marketing, with a deep understanding of the French football consumer and cultural landscape.
- Experience working with professional athletes, clubs, or federations, with the ability to build and manage relationships effectively.
- Familiarity with the French football retail environment and experience collaborating with retail partners.
- Demonstrated success leading projects and aligning internal and external teams behind a common vision.
- A strong connection to football culture and an understanding of its influence both on and off the pitch.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- A proactive, adaptable mindset and the ability to thrive in a fast-moving environment.

WHAT YOU'LL WORK ON

Reporting to the Director, Brand Marketing Football, France, you'll be responsible for delivering Nike Football’s brand impact across the country.

You'll lead the planning and execution of seasonal brand campaigns, from strategic development through to marketplace activation. You'll bring energy, creativity, and precision to product launches, major football moments, and initiatives that keep Nike at the forefront of football culture in France.

Your work will connect Nike’s global football vision with local consumer insights, creating experiences and stories that are authentic, meaningful, and culturally relevant. You'll drive cross-functional alignment, cultivate strategic partnerships, and ensure every execution reflects the voice of the French football consumer while staying true to Nike's broader brand direction.

Through your leadership, you'll help shape how Nike shows up across football in France, building deeper connections with athletes and fans while driving brand distinction in one of Nike’s most important football markets.

Applications will be accepted until Thursday 10th September.
