Shift Time: Second shift 14:00-22:00 MKD Time

About the Role

We're looking for a detail-oriented Data Migration Specialist to join our team. Y ou'll support the planning, execution, and validation of data migration projects, helping ensure data is transferred accurately and securely between systems.

What You'll Do

- Assist in mapping data fields between source and target systems

- Execute data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) tasks under guidance from senior team members

- Perform data validation and quality checks before and after migration

- Document migration processes, issues, and resolutions

- Support troubleshooting of data discrepancies or migration errors

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (IT, business analysts, QA) to ensure smooth transitions

- Help maintain data integrity, security, and compliance standards throughout migration projects

- Work across multiple systems and platforms simultaneously as migration phases progress

What We're Looking For

- Strong attention to detail and a highly detail-oriented approach to data accuracy

- Working knowledge of the specific subject area being migrated

- Strong multitasking skills, with the ability to manage work across multiple systems and competing priorities throughout the migration process

- Good problem-solving skills

- Good communication skills, both written and verbal

- Ability to work independently in a remote environment

- Eagerness to learn new tools and migration frameworks
