About this role

Are you an experienced Project Manager with a proven track record of delivering complex intralogistics and automation projects from concept to go-live?

As a Project Manager at Element Logic, you will take full ownership of large-scale warehouse automation projects involving multiple technologies, including AutoStore, conveyor systems, AGVs, packaging equipment, software integrations, and other material handling solutions. You will lead high-value customer engagements from contract handover through final acceptance, ensuring successful delivery, financial performance, and customer satisfaction.

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager who brings proven expertise in delivering complex projects within the warehouse automation industry, along with established project management best practices that will strengthen and enhance our delivery organization.

Why Join Element Logic?

- Deliver some of the most advanced warehouse automation projects in the market.
- Work on complete end-to-end solutions rather than a single automation product.
- Exposure to a broad technology portfolio including AutoStore, conveyor systems, AGVs, packaging equipment, software integrations, and other MHE solutions.
- Company car available for both business and private use.
- Company-funded pension plan.
- Private medical insurance, global travel insurance, group life and accident insurance.

Responsibilities:

- Lead projects end-to-end: from Sales handover through final delivery, taking full ownership of complex, high‑value, and long‑term customer engagements, ensuring proper staffing, detailed planning, and adherence to The Element Way and all documented processes.
- Lead the delivery of integrated intralogistics and automation solutions, coordinating multiple technologies, systems, and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
- Run effective internal and external kick‑off meetings, manage all project‑related meetings, and secure clear communication through structured agendas, facilitation, minutes, and follow‑up.
- Monitor progress across all delivery phases through regular reporting, proactively following up on activities and initiating corrective actions when needed.
- Ensure safe and flawless delivery of projects.
- Coordinate the complete delivery scope, including mechanical, electrical and software implementations, integrations with warehouse automation equipment, and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
- Interpret and work with mechanical, electrical and layout drawings, and manage software integration activities (e.g., WMS, WCS, API connections).
- Support identification and mitigation of technical and operational risks throughout the project.
- Execute internal project closure activities, including profit/loss reviews, and ensure a smooth handover of the completed solution to Customer Success.

Desired skills and experience:

- Extensive professional experience in project management, with a proven track record of successfully delivering complex, customer-facing projects.
- 5+ years of experience leading end-to-end projects within intralogistics, automation, material handling, warehouse automation, or industrial installation environments.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously, coordinating diverse cross‑functional teams and external partners.
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, industrial engineering, or a related field.
- Strong understanding and interest in warehouse intralogistics processes.
- Ability to read, understand and interpret technical engineering drawings.
- Basic understanding of software integration principles.
- Experience coordinating cross functional delivery teams including engineering installation software and commissioning.
- Experience with LEAN tools and continuous improvement methodologies.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to interact with diverse stakeholders.
- Proficiency in English and Polish is required, both verbal and written.

The position requires a willingness to travel when needed, including being present onsite during key installation phases or at critical moments in the project.

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for a highly motivated individual with a passion for projects and solutions, as well as the drive to succeed. You have excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, allowing you to simplify complex solutions, making them easy to understand and engaging for clients. In addition, you have exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously at different stages of their lifecycle. You remain resilient and focused under pressure, maintaining sound judgement and high-quality decision-making even during peak workload periods. With a strong sense of ownership, you take initiative to identify potential risks or challenges early in the project lifecycle and address them proactively to ensure successful delivery.

Place of work: Remote / Possibility to work from anywhere in Poland

Travel Requirements: Regular travel to customer sites across Poland is required. Travel intensity varies depending on project needs, averaging approximately two days per week, with occasional periods of more frequent travel during critical project phases.

Start date:  To be agreed upon
