We are looking for an Associate Developer with strong Python programming skills, sound technical fundamentals, and a keen interest in building AI agent workflows. What You Bring

- 2–3 years of software development experience, with strong hands-on Python programming skills
- Good understanding of programming fundamentals and the ability to turn requirements into working solutions
- Experience developing or maintaining backend services and integrating APIs
- Practical capability in writing, debugging, and testing code
- Strong logical reasoning, problem-solving aptitude, and an implementation-focused mindset
- Ability to listen attentively, understand requirements, and ask clarifying questions when needed
- Quick learning ability and willingness to develop new skills in AI agent workflows and related technologies
- Ability to work effectively with a team, incorporate feedback, and communicate progress
- Attention to detail, with an emphasis on reliable, maintainable solutions

Desired Skills

- Exposure to AI agent development or agent-based workflows is an advantage
- Familiarity with Java and Spring Boot is desirable
- Working knowledge of SQL and Git is desirable
- Experience integrating Python applications with backend components and APIs is an advantage

Your Role
As an Associate Developer , you will
- Understand the product and its existing backend services and AI agent workflows
- Develop and maintain Python services to support product features and integrations
- Build, enhance, and maintain AI agent workflows as part of the engineering team
- Integrate APIs and backend components to deliver assigned functionality
- Understand requirements, identify gaps, and clarify implementation details before coding
- Write clean, maintainable code and carry out appropriate testing of your changes
- Debug issues, troubleshoot failures, and implement practical fixes
- Document code changes and communicate implementation details to the team
- Collaborate with teammates, incorporate review feedback, and improve your solutions
- Gradually take end-to-end ownership of assigned features and development tasks
