About the role

We are looking for a Robotic Process Automation Business Analyst to drive automation initiatives from idea to implementation within the Robotics Centre of Excellence (RoCoE).

This role is responsible for analyzing business processes, identifying automation opportunities, gathering and documenting requirements, and ensuring successful delivery of RPA and AI-driven solutions supporting global DSV operations.

Key responsibilities

- Gathering business requirements for development of Robotics solutions in close cooperation with Business Process Owners and Business Process Experts

- Analyze business processes, identify and implement process optimization for UiPath automation

- Coordinating of Robotics development full lifecycle

- Collaborate with global stakeholders across Business, IT, and RoCoE Development

- Validating and evaluating business process candidates for automation

- Taking accountability for creating Process Definition Document (PDD) and ensure high-quality delivery standards, documentation, and governance

- Taking responsibility for the Robotics solution delivery according to plan and RoCoE Standards

- Explore new technologies and AI solutions for RPA

Requirements

- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role (Business Analyst, Process Analyst, Automation Analyst or equivalent)

- Experience with business process automation, including creating clear visual process maps (e.g. BPMN, As Is / To Be)

- Experience with process automation and calculation of total benefits due to Robotic solutions

- Ability to gather and understand business requirements and deliver them to developers in an appropriate form

- Strong communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with both business stakeholders and technical teams

- Proven ability to gather, structure, and validate business requirements and translate them into clear, development ready documentation

- Ability to understand business needs and challenge them constructively to propose feasible and valuable solutions

- Experience working in a global, cross-functional environment

- Process-oriented mindset with a focus on continuous improvement

- Fluent English, both spoken and written (advanced level)

Nice to have

- Experience with RPA, AI, or workflow automation tools

- Familiarity with enterprise environments (e.g., SAP, APIs, data platforms)

- Experience working in a Center of Excellence / shared services model
