This could include researching developments in payments and financial services, analysing market and business performance, identifying growth opportunities, developing insights and recommendations, and helping translate strategy into action.

Depending on the team and business priorities, the role may also provide exposure to Visa’s cross-border payments and international commerce team, exploring market trends, payment flows, customer behaviour and opportunities for growth.

This is a highly collaborative role, with opportunities to work across different parts of Visa including Sales, Business Development, Product, Finance, Marketing and other specialist teams. You will be encouraged to take ownership of defined pieces of work, contribute ideas and communicate your findings clearly.

The ideal candidate is curious, analytical, collaborative and highly organised, with an interest in how businesses develop and deliver strategy. They should be comfortable working with both quantitative and qualitative information, able to make sense of complex topics and interested in learning about payments and international commerce. Previous experience in payments or financial services is not required.

Join us to learn how Visa combines strategy, data, technology and commercial thinking to identify opportunities, support clients and drive growth in a rapidly changing payments landscape.

- Working with teams across Visa including Sales, Business Development, Product, Finance and Marketing to support strategic initiatives.
- Preparing presentations, analysis and briefing materials for senior stakeholders.
- Depending on business priorities, exploring strategic opportunities in areas such as cross-border payments and international commerce.
- Identifying opportunities to improve existing processes, analysis or ways of working.
- Building skills in structured problem-solving, analysis, commercial thinking, presentation and stakeholder management.
